On Saturday, November 19 the Lady Warrior Basketball team traveled to Sion to dominate in their first event of the season: their Jamboree. The girls competed in 3 games destroying Pembroke, Sion, and O’Hara in these proactive short games.

“The girls played very solid in all three games, and came out and fought early against Sion who was the better of the three teams there,” said Coach Krista Daniels.

Although the games were very short, the girls played their hearts out consistently from beginning to end.

“I think we have a good season ahead of us and we will make it far and hopefully to State,” said Senior Abby Hipp.

The girls are showing serious potential this year dominating their competition so far and will continue to do so as the season goes on.

“I think if they keep working hard they can make it it to State led by their Seniors and Juniors,” said Senior fan Erin Bollinger.

The girls will have their first home game Tuesday, November, 22nd, today, against Nevada. In the past the Nevada team has showed some real potential and the game is looking to be a great match up.
